These terms apply to the public Chronos One marketing website. Product subscriptions, implementations, services, support, and data processing are governed by the proposal and agreement accepted by the customer.
Information, not an automatic offer
Website descriptions explain the intended product and service direction. Availability, functionality, pricing, implementation, integrations, regions, and support are confirmed in writing for each engagement.
Roadmap and future products
Roadmap references describe direction and are not a promise that a feature or product will be released by a particular date. Purchasing decisions should rely on the agreed current scope.
Intellectual property
The Chronos One name, visual identity, website content, and product materials remain the property of their respective owner unless an agreement states otherwise. Customer ownership of Studio-delivered work is defined in the relevant service agreement.
